At TOCOBO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vegan beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are unused and all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
